Roku Trickplay has been re-enabled, and VOD playback on Roku is operating normally. We are continuing to monitor and will post a final update shortly.

Roku Trickplay has been disabled for the affected customers. VOD playback issues should now be resolved.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing VOD playback issues affecting some customers using Roku Trickplay. We are working to temporarily disable Roku Trickplay for the affected customers to restore playback.
